Bayonne's Ham Delpeyrat takes the American accent

This year again Delpeyrat participates in the Summer Fancy Food show in New York from June 30th to July 2nd.

Our presence at the biggest show of gastronomy in the USA aims to promote our brand around the world but also to make known one of our gastronomic treasures, Bayonne ham.
This emblematic specialty of the Basque Country benefits from a PGI and is the fruit of local know-how passed down from generation to generation. Salted with the mineral salt of Salies-de-Béarn (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), made with pigs exclusively raised in the South-West of France, the ham of Bayonne proposes singular flavors and delicately salted as well as a texture of a incomparable melting.
It can be used as such, in appetizer boards, starters or salads, or cooked as a culinary aid for a main course, because of its very low salinity.

On this occasion, Fleurine Barriol, our brand ambassador, will be on hand to transmit our French know-how and bring to the American chefs the "french touch".
