Philippe Carré joins the Maïsadour Cooperative Group and MVVH

Philippe Carré will take up the post of Assistant Managing Director of the Maïsadour Cooperative Group and Managing Director of MVVH (Maïsadour Vivadour Val de Sèvre Holding) on 7 September 2015.

Philippe Carré, 50, is a graduate of the EDHEC business school in Lille.
He has worked for the majority of his professional life within the food‐processing sector at
companies which possess highly recognised brands: Kraft, Mars in France and Ireland, 3 A
Coop (Fromageries occitanes, Bonilait, Yeo).

Philippe Carré successively held the positions of Marketing Director, Sales Director, Managing
Director of an international subsidiary, then Managing Director of Boncolac and the 3 A Coop
Group.

He is leaving the Sodiaal Cooperative group where he was the Managing Director of the Ultra
Fresh and Frozen Division as well as the Group's International Director. In his capacity as
Managing Director of the 3 A Coop, he worked on bringing the two cooperatives closer
together, thereby enabling Sodiaal to become the largest dairy cooperative in France and
third largest in Europe.

His excellent knowledge of cooperatives and his experience in managing brands and profit
centres are key strengths in taking on the challenge set by our Fine Food Division as well as
in contributing to Maïsadour's development alongside Thierry Zurcher.
